Event and Catering Services Price List 2011

Event Services

Little Lakes Inn Rental

As grand gatherings are unique events, please contact us and we’ll be happy to discuss your event in detail and assist you in creating the experience you desire. Staff support and services are also available. We require a two-night, full booking minimum for weddings. Please note: A $500 refundable damage deposit is required for full inn rentals and large events and will be refunded in full when we are sure there has been no damage to the building or grounds following the event. Our current event pricing can found here.

Entire Inn (Interior):
  • $950 per night
    Includes Continental Breakfast.
    2-night minimum stay during summer months.
Exterior Grounds Use and Parking:
  • $1000 per 4-hours
Kitchen Use:
  • $100 per day

Gathering Area Rental

Gathering requirements tend to be specialized, so please contact us and we’ll be happy to discuss your event in detail and assist you in creating the experience you desire. Prices reflect gathering area rental only, staff services available for additional fee. Please note: A $150.00 refundable damage deposit is required for all small events and will be refunded in full when we are sure there has been no damage to the building or grounds following the event.

Minimum rental period is 4 hours.

Naples Parlor:
  • $20 per hour
Stony Brook Dining Room:
  • $25 per hour
  • Use of kitchen, add $100.
First Floor Public Rooms: (Includes use of Bristol Lobby, Letchworth Living Room, Stony Brook Dining Room, Naples Parlor, and Loon Lake Library.)
  • $75 per hour
  • Use of kitchen , add $100.
Healing Center:
  • $50 per hour

Catering Services

Small Catered Affairs

For cozy gatherings (25-50 guests) the Little Lakes staff of culinary professionals will prepare your meal and attend to all of your needs. We can efficiently accommodate up to 25 Guests (Seated Service) or 50 Guests (Buffet Service).

Continental Breakfast | $10 per person
A splendid display of seasonal fruits, freshly baked scones or muffins, Margot's granola, organic yogurt and milk, juices, tea or coffee.

Brunch Buffet | $20 per person
A enticing selection of seasonal fruits, freshly baked goods, and a variety of special entrees such as Pumpkin Spice Waffles, Peaches and Cream Crepes, French Toast stuffed with Blackberries and Cream, Omelets, Breakfast Quesadillas, Panini with egg, cheese, and seasonal vegetables.

Coffee Breaks | $4-$8 per person
Sweet or savory. Select seasonal fruits and freshly baked goods; a cheese and fruit platter accompanied by a selection of fresh breads; or a variety of delicious homemade desserts.

Lunch | $20 per person, buffet or $25 per person, seated
Choose from a variety of soups, salads, and main entrees. Our specialties include Black Bean Soup, Cream of Broccoli Soup, Shrimp Bisque with Parmesan Crostini; Pear and Gorgonzola Mixed Green Salad, Spring Greens with Strawberries and Vidalia Onion, Greek Pasta Salad with Oregano Citrus Dressing; Grilled Vegetable Panini, Roma Tomato and Fresh Basil Quiche, Grilled Portobello Mushroom Wrap with Avocado, Oven Roasted Peppers, Black Bean Hummus and Fresh Salsa.
