Naples Parlor
Just right for small groups or business meetings, seats 6–10 guests, exterior entrance with covered porch, Internet access, projector, southern exposure, private.
Stony Brook Dining Room
Seats 25, with adjacent buffet area and access to kitchen. Can be set with separate small tables or large group table. Handicap accessible entrance, private, western exposure. Kitchen access for additional fee.
Public Rooms
Includes Bristol Lobby, Letchworth Living Room, Stony Brook Dining Room, Naples Parlor, and Loon Lake Library. First floor mingling room for up to 50 guests. Perfect for bridal or baby showers, small weddings, birthday parties, cocktail parties. Mix of tables and comfortable seating, fireplace, four exterior exits (one handicap accessible). Two bathrooms. Sound system. Kitchen access for additional fee.
Deck and Exterior Grounds
Ideal for large groups over 50 with space for catering services, tent rental, DJ, bar, parking. Deck seating and tables for 12 plus.
Healing Center
A peaceful space for group meditation or yoga, wellbeing workshops, small spiritual retreats. Three second floor rooms, including the Spring Water Spa treatment room with two-person whirlpool tub. Separate entrance. Comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests.
